First Quarter Reflection

Looking back on the first quarter, I think I could have put a lot more effort into my work. I don’t think I grew as a reader too much, because I found myself cramming reading a book into a few short days, not allowing myself to ready very deeply. I think the reading journals helped me though because I could think about what I read and instead of just reading the story, I often found myself asking more questions.
Writing has never been a strong point for me, but I think I have grown when dealing with the fundamentals and stuff. I find that asking myself questions, allows me to come up with better writing subjects.
I believe that I am a pretty good team-player when it comes to group work and such. I try my best to come to the table with ideas and questions for the group that will help us converse about the book or subject that we are talking about.
My goals for next quarter would probably be to not be so lazy, and keep up with my work and reading journals.
